Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our handcrafted quality, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 28 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and security loops intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our Manchester factory receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
